On Saturday, 13.06.26, Kay Ray, the undisputed enfant terrible of the German cabaret scene, will be a guest at the Pi Kollektiv with his Best of Show. Kay dances on a knife-edge between wit and gutter with virtuosity: fast, cheeky, weird and vulgar. Never politically correct, but almost always politically relevant. "To experience Kay Ray live means to endure consistent tolerance."
So let's have a cocktail with him!

What makes a good cocktail also applies to Kay Ray. As a singer, he not only reaches our hearts but also die-hard head-bangers. Sweet ballads to the "Pina Colada", crisp hits of the 80s accompany the "French 75" and you even enjoy the Espresso Martini or the Sidecar (orange liqueur, vodka, champagne) to the good music of today?

"Laugh at what breaks you." That's why nothing is sacred to him. He loathes hyper-double-moralistic guardians of virtue. He is sick of the intolerance of the "good guys" and rarely makes politically correct jokes. Because every joke counts. Jokes are never weapons and comedy is not a party rally. Everyone is welcome. There is no applause from the wrong side, only for the wrong side.

One thing is clear: even a teetotaler won't have a dry eye on this evening. Which proves that it's just as good without alcohol. A "Virgin Colada" (2cl whipped cream, 4cl coconut milk, 16cl pineapple juice, 1sp pineapple, 1 cocktail cherry) is fun. Everyone as they like it. And because it's freshly prepared every evening, it's always a surprise. After the show, there's a good chat with Mr. Ray at the bar.
