About the exhibition:
The young artists Marlen Letetzki and Desire Moheb-Zandi both deal with traditions - in both an artistic and a cultural sense. In doing so, they use completely different media to create a connection to the present. Desire Moheb-Zandi creates monumental tapestries into which she incorporates unusual materials such as rubber hoses or dowels. In Marlen Letetzki'spaintings, on the other hand, supposedly everyday forms come together to form peculiar still lifes.
