An evening full of musical sophistication and tonal depth: the internationally renowned violinist Ilona Cudek, long-time deputy principal violinist of the Munich Philharmonic Orchestra and well-known soloist as the devil's violinist, invites you to a passionate salon evening together with the spirited and subtle pianist Maharani Chakrabarti. The program focuses on works by Johannes Brahms, Fritz Kreisler and Henryk Wieniawski - compositions that combine virtuoso brilliance with poetic expressiveness and impressively bring the great traditions of violin art to life.

The musical salon in the Silbersaal

A fresh, contemporary concert format that delights audiences and press alike: pianist Maharani Chakrabarti curates and hosts exciting themed evenings featuring top-class guest artists. Udo Wachtveitl, Jutta Speidel and Julian Nida-Rümelin, among others, have already been part of the salon, as have first-class musicians. Music, literature, history and philosophy come together with cross-genre themes. The audience can enjoy the performances over a drink in the magnificent ambience of the Silbersaal.
