The Monday evening with the Volksshow, which means: important information from politics, media and gossip, satirically prepared for a dynamic audience. Moritz Hürtgen once again invites two fantastic guests from the wide world of comedy to help him get to the bottom of a question: What is the formula for the perfect 90 minutes of entertainment? This time, Miriam Wurster and Peter Wittkamp provide the answers with cartoons, comics, punchlines and gags.

Guests

Peter Wittkamp, born in 1981, younger-looking, is an author and gag writer and - as bad as it sounds - an influencer. For years, he was also the copywriter and creator of the award-winning #weilwirdichlieben campaign for Berlin's public transport company BVG. Most recently, he wrote about his obsessive-compulsive disorder with the title "Für mich soll es Neurosen regnen" and, together with Pia Frey, the humorous conspiracy theory generator "Desinformator".

Miriam Wurster is one of the very best cartoonists in Germany! She draws for the Süddeutsche Zeitung, Titanic, Spiegel, Taz, Neues Deutschland and numerous other media, including Charlie Hebdo. Her work has been awarded and exhibited many times and, according to the cartoon duo Hauck & Bauer, Wurster is "as funny as two men".

Presenter

Moritz Hürtgen, *1989 in Munich, works as a columnist for the satirical magazine Titanic and Apotheken Umschau. He stubbornly refuses to have a regular job. He is presenting the third season of the popular show this season.
