Wilhelm von Humboldt wrote in 1814: "It is difficult to find what you need at the moment you need it." Or to put it another way: order is half the battle - especially when others have to decide for us. To ensure that your friends and family can act in your best interests, it is important to make provisions in good time. A will alone is not enough. It is also important to make provisions for the phases of your life when you can no longer make decisions yourself.
In our seminar, we will show you how you can carefully regulate your personal provisions. We will present the templates and forms provided by the Federal Ministry of Justice (powers of attorney and advance directives), which can be completed online and stored securely. Andreas Gottwald will guide you through the process of completing and filing them.
The course also deals with the (often neglected) digital estate: what happens to your online accounts on social media, online banking or email services after your death?
