In our talk, we report on real challenges, courageous decisions and a project that left its mark on us: 1.5 years of intensive work on one of the company's most visible topics - a brand relaunch including a new corporate website.

It's not just about strategy and implementation, but also about the question:

How do you move a company with strong values and established structures?

How do you find supporters - and how do you use them for your own progress?

And how do you manage to be heard as a new voice in a room full of experience - without being loud?

An honest look behind the scenes - about influence, attitude and the staying power that change requires.
