You don't talk about money? At the MIK Museum of Industrial Culture Osnabrück, we do! Until November 2, the historic magazine building, where miners once changed for their shift and showered after work, is all about coal in the figurative sense - about money. Money is simply everywhere: shopping in the supermarket, pocket money, admission to the swimming pool, saving up to fulfill a big wish. But what exactly is money? Why do we need money and who invented it? What does a bank do? What happens inside an ATM? And does money actually make us happy?
