The Peterknecht bookshop is delighted to be hosting the launch of the current "Jahrbuch für Erfurter Geschichte" (Yearbook of Erfurt History) by the Gesellschaft für Geschichte und Heimatkunde von Erfurt e. V. (Society for the History and Local History of Erfurt) once again this year. This year's volume will once again offer a broad spectrum of Erfurt's history.
The evening lecture with the title ""Drauff liebe und ehren ich dieß Gebain. On relics and the veneration of relics in late medieval and early modern Erfurt" will be given by Dr. Falko Bornschein, the art heritage officer of the Diocese of Erfurt.
All those interested in the history of the city of Erfurt are cordially invited to this very stimulating evening of cultural history.
