How diverse can a country be?
In this lecture, nature photographer Anskar Lenzen takes the audience to Ecuador. The country combines an extraordinary variety of landscapes and ecosystems in a small area: Amazon rainforest, Andean highlands, mystical cloud forests and the Pacific coast. The world-famous Galápagos Islands are also not to be missed.
Anskar Lenzen spent a year researching and photographing in Ecuador, including at the Merazonia wildlife station. With impressive pictures, he tells of encounters with rare animals such as the Andean rock cock or even a jaguar.
A lecture full of nature, adventure and fascinating animal encounters.
This lecture is part of the GlobeTales Festival.
