Lecture by Dr. Christian M. Stracke followed by a discussion as part of the event series "AI explained" - Free admission
Artificial intelligence (AI) requires education about AI - for everyone. And education with AI use requires regulation, especially in the classroom.
But how can we all learn about AI in a quick, fact-based and secure way? What skills should teachers and school administrators develop? What do pupils and their parents/guardians need to know about AI? What is the situation in other areas of education such as vocational and higher education as well as professional and private further education? And how can we introduce AI systems in the first place and use them safely, fairly and responsibly?
Dr. Christian M. Stracke, member of the European Expert Group on AI and Education, will address these open questions on 30.10.2025 at the Deutsches Museum Bonn to discuss whether and how education can benefit from AI - and what needs to be considered and clarified when using AI.
We cordially invite you to our interactive event, where the discussion with you will take center stage: Please bring your open concerns, wishes and suggestions so that we can discuss together how we want to and can bring AI and education together!
The event series is organized by the Center for Science and Thought at the University of Bonn in cooperation with the Deutsches Museum Bonn and its support association "WISSENschaf(f)t SPASS".
Free admission. Please register to attend the lecture. This will help us to get an overview of the expected number of guests.
