WDR Comedy Kitchen

For the first time in Bielefeld: the WDR Comedy Kitchen is coming to Nr.z.P. and bringing five comedians with it:

Abdul Kader Chahin loves the Plattenbau in Duisburg so much that he brings it thematically onto the stage. His comparisons, which are usually poorly metaphorized, usually range between soccer, cars and Otto von Bismarck, but none of that matters, because Apache stays the same!

Karo Bender spent 20 years leading an unfulfilled existence in the civil service until she decided to think outside the box and experiment wildly with drugs and men. In her programs, she provides insights into the darker corners of society and explains the connection between men and chocolate muffins. Whether drugs, BDSM or Pay 6 - Karo prefers to serve the unpleasant truth cold. She has come to destroy world views and show the world as it really is: dirty, merciless and hilarious.

Fynn Farino lives in Bielefeld. Out of his psychology studies and onto the stage. As a stand-up newcomer, he likes to observe other comedians and question the usual mechanisms of being funny. Sounds totally profound, but it's not.

Matilde is an Italian comedienne and actress. After 18 years in Rome and five years in New York, she moved to Berlin where, surprisingly, she laughs more. She has a comedy podcast: "Matilde and Georg produce entertainment", a feminist improv podcast "Schamlos" and can often be heard in English on "Radio Spätkauf".

Yonathan never really wanted to be on stage. At least that's what he told himself until he stood on one for the first time. Since then, he has turned pretty much everything he can think of into bits and punch lines - dry, precise and with a wonderful penchant for the absurd. And because he is still at the beginning of his career, he naturally still writes his press releases himself. In the third person, of course, so much professionalism is a must. After less than a year, the young Hamburg native already has more than 100 appearances behind him. So it's only a matter of time before someone laughs for the first time.
