Start with a colorful selection of starters, such as tender stremel salmon, baked corn-fed poulard breast, grilled chicory and crunchy green beans, accompanied by a spicy pumpkin and coconut soup. For the main course, you can choose between juicy beef rump steak, fresh cod fillet or classic roast goose from the cutting station with a fine red wine sauce. Served with hearty side dishes such as potato dumplings, Brussels sprouts, glazed carrots and herb potatoes. Round off your Christmas dinner with our selection of desserts. Whether it's tonka bean panna cotta, creamy crème brûlée or our cheese board, there's something for every taste.
