Knitting skills required!

On 06.12.25, the popular Bouffe noël Christmas market will take place at the Foodlab in Überseequartier.

You can expect a fine selection of food start-ups, tableware, coffee, cakes and hearty snacks and, of course, mulled wine.

There will also be background music so that we can spend a Christmassy time in the Foodlab on 06.12.25, maybe even Santa Claus himself will drop by...

Because we love upcycling and no waste - and because it is so incredibly suitable, I will show you how to knit your own Christmas baubles for the tree or to decorate gifts from yarn remnants to match this Christmas event.

Knitting skills are required, you should be able to knit purl stitches and already know how to use a set of needles.

You will be provided with the needles you need to knit the Christmas baubles as well as the finest selection from my vintage yarn stock.

Of course, I will provide instructions and help with knitting the baubles, and I will also bring a few ideas with me.

There are no limits to your creativity, you are welcome to knit as many baubles as you can manage in 2 hours.

To get everyone in the right pre-Christmas mood, there will be a glass of mulled wine and a cinnamon knot for each participant.

Afterwards, you can relax and look for Christmas presents at the market, get to know a few new food start-ups and spend a cozy day with us with mulled wine and music.

Tickets can be returned and the fee refunded up to one week before the event.
