In the organizer's words:
Between old half-timbered houses and under colorful fairy lights, the Schmuggelstieg becomes a small wine paradise once a year. Winegrowers from all over Germany come together at the wine festival to pour out their best wines - from fruity Riesling to deep red Pinot Noir - and bring along hearty delicacies. Live music, comfortable seating and a relaxed neighborhood atmosphere make the festival the perfect outing for a late summer weekend with friends or family.
