Weintasting "Low Intervention"

In the organizer's words:

The time has come, on 24.04.26 you can enjoy the weinrevier atmosphere without having to round up your friends. Of course I can, but you are also welcome to come alone, in pairs or in other constellations!

In the usual informal atmosphere. It's all about getting together, expanding your culinary and sensory horizons and imparting wine knowledge in an uncomplicated, unpretentious way.

What does low intervention actually mean? Why aren't all wines vegan? What are orange wines? Why do I smell peach, but my neighbor smells lime?

We will explore these and other questions together and taste artisan wines. There will also be stories about the wines, lots of background knowledge and an insight into sensory analysis.

Sounds exciting? Then make sure you get one of the few places. As the store is not particularly large, these are limited. :)
