Shakespeare - As you like it - A play about love in our time

The young TheaterTotal ensemble is going on tour again and bringing a fresh, lively production of the comedy to the stage with "As You Like It" (freely adapted from William Shakespeare).

"As You Like It" is basically the ultimate game of confusion: Rosalind disguises herself as a man, Orlando staples love letters to trees and in the midst of it all, people philosophize about the meaning of life. In all the chaos, the big question is asked again and again - who are we really when we take off our masks? TheaterTotal's production combines humor, repartee and relationships.

Director Alexander Steindorf emphasizes the timeless relevance of the play:
"The modern aspect is the eternal aspect - only love counts."

It gets wild, honest and sometimes wonderfully chaotic.
