'WINE & DINE' im Restaurant Ludwig's

In the organizer's words:

Experience an extraordinary evening of indulgence on 24.03.2026 from 6 pm, where top cuisine and selected wines come together in perfect harmony. The evening will be hosted by Christian Sturm-Willms who, together with a renowned guest chef and an invited winemaker, will present a menu specially developed for this evening.

The focus is on sophisticated food & wine pairings: each course is precisely matched in taste to the wines of the winery and personally presented by the chef and winemaker.

Course of the evening

• Arrival & aperitif
  Reception of all guests with an aperitif to set the mood.

• Welcome & introduction
  Presentation of the concept, the chefs involved and the winemaker as well as an insight into the evening.

• Menu & wine pairing
  4-course menu with corresponding wine pairing.
  Before each course, the chef explains the idea, products and preparation.
  The winemaker complements this with information about the wine - grape variety, origin, style, vintage and why it goes perfectly with the respective dish.
