Look forward to a special evening of indulgence at Konrad's: winemaker Roman Niewodniczanski from the renowned Van Volxem winery will personally present you with a selection of wines from the Saar and Moselle that are full of character. The tasting is accompanied by a finely coordinated menu from the Konrad's kitchen, in which each course harmonizes perfectly with the wines.

Before each course, the kitchen will give you an insight into the concept, product and preparation of the respective dish. Winemaker Roman Niewodniczanski complements the dishes with exciting stories about the grape varieties, origins, styles and vintages of his wines.

Afterwards, we invite you to a post-tasting and a personal exchange with the winemaker in the Private Dinner Room - a wonderful opportunity to taste your favorite wines again and learn more about the philosophy of Van Volxem.
