Under the motto "Science meets tasty dishes", you can expect a 3-course menu garnished with tidbits of knowledge from the world of plants. Plant researcher and author David Spencer will serve up exciting insights into the plant superpowers of our food - and show why it not only tastes delicious, but is also good for our planet.
Enjoy an evening of good food and aha moments.
The event is supported by the Munich Science Communication Lab at the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität Munich, which is funded by the Volkswagen Foundation.
Cost for the 3-course menu (incl. 2 drinks of your choice): 15€, to be paid in cash on site.
The 3-course menu is based on regional and/or organic food and is vegan. If you have any allergies/intolerances, please let us know when you register.
