One of the greatest classics of Hollywood film and the answer to the question of what was possible with Technicolor. All this and much more is The Wizard of Oz by Victor Fleming, which has left its mark on the history of Western pop culture like few other films. Even in the works of David Lynch, numerous visual quotes from the film can be found, which is not surprising when we notice the dream logic of The Wizard of Oz. Over the decades, a great deal of thought has been given to its ending and the interpretation of the wizard character. Whichever way you look at it, there is no getting around The Wizard of Oz; at least once in your life you will and should have seen this excursion into one of the most famous parallel worlds of all time.
