Who are we?
Judith Arnold has been teaching Vinyasa Flow Yoga for all levels and ages for 7 years with a special focus on the inner world and mindfulness for our body, thoughts and feelings. As a mindfulness coach, I help my coachee to illuminate the status quo and from there to create an (even) more fulfilling life.
Isabel Henseler is a physiotherapist, alternative practitioner and psychological counselor. With her expertise, she helps where conventional medicine leaves off and also addresses difficult personal issues with great empathy.
