When the amplifiers are turned up to the max again in August 2026, Wolfmother will be on stage for six shows in Germany, bringing back the raw power that has been missing for far too long. The dates not only mark the return of one of the most influential rock bands of recent decades, but also a live experience that is deliberately far removed from routine and nostalgia.

When the world suddenly came to a standstill in 2020 and live music fell silent, Andrew Stockdale shifted the focus entirely to his own home. The result was "Rock Out", an album that can be seen less as a classic studio project and more as an immediate reaction to an exceptional situation.
situation. Stockdale took on almost all the instruments himself and created a record that moves between retro references and contemporary urgency. "Feelin Love" in particular gets to the heart of this mixture: a song that seems familiar without relying on pure retrospection and easily develops into a driving, riff-laden highlight. With "Humble", the album then takes on a much rougher tone. The track is characterized by inner turmoil, self-reflection and an almost palpable tension, which is musically discharged in heavy riffs and uncompromising directness. It is about enduring uncertainty and finding a clear moment in one's own chaos - a theme that also unfolds particularly intensely live. It is precisely this balance of classic rock elements and personal development that continues to make Wolfmother relevant.

For the current phase, Stockdale deliberately decided against glossy productions and instead opted for an immediate, almost raw approach. Most of the recordings were made in the band's own environment, supported by long-time companions and new impulses. This reduced approach is also reflected on stage: less staging, more focus on what counts - songs, sound and energy. Fans will be able to experience this development up close in August. Between new material and well-known tracks, a set will be created that doesn't rest on the past, but consistently thinks ahead. Anyone who has ever seen Wolfmother live knows that they don't do things by halves here - and anyone who hasn't yet experienced it shouldn't miss this opportunity and get their tickets early!
