WORD UP! Queer Poetry Slam

In the organizer's words:

Emotional, humorous and eloquent - poetry slam inspires through its direct approach and proximity to the reality of many people's lives. Inspiring texts await you at the Queer Poetry Slam in Heidelberg - as colorful as the rainbow, as glittering as raindrops in the sun, as deep as the ocean. An evening full of performance and literature: the best entertainment, but also depth, biting criticism and weird stories. A queer firework display of words and emotions. Nobody knows what will happen in the evening: anything is possible! The texts are self-written and are performed within a time limit. The audience is the jury and decides which poet will take home the big gummy bear bag at the end of the evening, which is popular far beyond the borders of Heidelberg.
