Do you have an idea for an event but don't know how to get started? In our first workshop of this year's "Skill Up" project, experienced makers from the Ruhr region's cultural scene will show you how to turn a vision into reality.

For cultural collectives, neighborhood initiatives, associations & anyone who wants to make a difference.

With the Skill-Up project and its formats, we want to promote cultural participation and self-efficacy of people as well as gender equality and diversity in the cultural sector at HERE IS NOT THERE in 2026. Local actors are to be trained, existing initiatives networked and new structures established.

Skill-Up is a project as part of the Kreativ.Quartiere Ruhr program, funded by the Ministry of Culture and Science of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia and implemented by the Ruhr Regional Association.
