Catholic and feminist? For us, they belong together. Among other things, we want to empower women liturgically, which means that we want to help shape spiritual spaces - regardless of traditional role expectations. So this creative service on the banks of the Rhine is quasi self-empowerment!

Sometimes the place itself changes the whole celebration: the light, the sounds, the atmosphere. In this worship workshop, we will celebrate a service on the Rhine together and then share our experiences. We will consider when and how services can succeed in special places - and how the surroundings can inspire and enrich us.

The event is part of our worship workshop, a new series organized by the kfd diocesan association in Cologne. We are trying out creative forms for church services - by women for women.

The kfd is one of the largest women's associations in Germany. We are committed to equal rights for women in the church, politics and society.

You don't have to be a member of a church to take part in our events - the important thing is that you want to try things out and share our values of diversity and tolerance.
