The multi-faceted sound of the band from Maastricht is made up of world music, disco, funk and electronica.

The up-and-coming Dutch duo Yin Yin have made a name for themselves with a captivating mix of psychedelic sounds, funk and world music. Their music combines tropical rhythms and groovy basslines with modern electronic elements to create a unique, danceable sound. Inspired by the music of Southeast Asia and Western psych-rock vibes, Yin Yin brings a fresh, energetic touch to the contemporary music landscape. The current album "Mount Matsu" also presents an exciting mix of cosmic sounds and the musical culture of Japan. Inspired by pentatonic scales and unusual instruments such as the traditional Chinese guzheng and vintage synthesizers, the songs take the listener on a journey through exotic, oriental soundscapes
