A warm invitation to a gentle, nourishing yoga class. In this calm, flowing practice, we practise the moon salutation (Chandra Namaskar), a sequence that has a balancing effect, promotes relaxation and activates the feminine, intuitive energy.
In the yogic tradition, the moon stands for change, receptivity and inner peace. Its energy invites us to listen within, to let go of everyday life and to reconnect with our natural rhythm.
The class begins with conscious breathing and gentle stretching to prepare the body and mind. We then flow mindfully through the moon salutation, supported by calm and presence.
The practice is rounded off with deep relaxation, which creates space for letting go, regeneration and a gentle arrival in your own body.
