🌳🧘 YOGA ON THE GO 🥾 on 13.09.2025 - Here we go again!

I'm always so happy to combine two things that I absolutely love at YOGA ON THE GO:
HIKING & YOGA

At this event on 13.09. we'll be hiking again in the south-east of Hamburg in one of our beautiful, tailor-made areas: This time right on the outskirts of Hamburg in the Dalbekschlucht nature reserve and surrounding area.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
A hiking experience in the countryside (approx. 10-12 km with plenty of breaks) combined with a yoga practice directly in nature, with sun (at best... 😉) on your skin, wind in your hair, earth under your feet and liveliness all around you. After the yoga practice (~60 min), we'll have a vegan picnic together for refreshment.
And of course there will also be plenty of time for heartfelt, open and inspiring exchanges, moving together, laughing, feeling free and experiencing nature ♡.

WHAT YOU NEED:
A desire for hiking & yoga in the fresh air together with others.
Comfortable, weatherproof clothing suitable for hiking and yoga, shoes that you can hike in, sun protection, enough to drink, snacks for yourself in between and something to eat that you would like to contribute to the 🌱 vegan picnic 🥪🥣🧆🥗 for everyone.

All levels, bodies & genders welcome! ♡
