Yoga & Paint

Experience a unique combination of movement, mindfulness and creativity!
Together we start with a meditation and a flowing yoga flow before you create your own abstract work of art in a guided painting session with acrylic paints. Completely free, intuitive and just for you - a creative moment of expression that you will take home with you on canvas at the end.

• Guided yoga session & meditation bya yoga teacher

• Creative painting session accompanied by an artist

• Canvas, paints, brushes & use of our yoga mats

👉 Good to know:

• The picture in the booking is just an example - you decide on the choice of color and implementation.

• As we work with acrylic paints, please wear clothes that can withstand a few splashes of paint.

• Drinks & snacks are not included in the price - feel free to bring your own.

After your booking you will receive a confirmation and will automatically be added to our list of participants - there is no separate ticket.
