We start in a very yogic way on the mat, first without wine. Not only does this give us more balance, it's also simply a better way to get into it.
Yoga and wine in Freiburg is expressly suitable for different levels.
Whether you are new to yoga or have a lot of yoga experience, you will definitely enjoy the class as we offer a variety of exercises.

In the course of the yoga class, we integrate sparkling wine and wine. This is also known as the yoga wine ceremony.
The focus here is on enjoying the experience and slowing down. However, it only gets really cozy after the yoga class.
With interesting facts about the sparkling wine & wine from the state winery in Freiburg, interesting encounters, the sunset over Schönberg and the Vosges, we bring the beautiful Yoga Wine Freiburg evening to a close.

After the yoga session, we will enjoy a picnic together.
Bring your picnic blanket or yoga mat and whatever else your fridge wants to get rid of. Of course, we also offer a non-alcoholic option for you. When ordering, you can select your preferences directly or comment in the notes field. . Of course, you can also reserve a rental mat from us for yourself. It is best to book the rental mats directly with your event ticket. This option is automatically suggested when you buy your ticket. The rental yoga mats are free of charge for courses in the yoga studio. You will receive a detailed packing list for your event by email 1-2 days in advance.

In this case, the ticket price will be refunded or rebooked to the next date by arrangement.
