Photo exhibition by Fabian Ritter & accompanying program on the Russian war of aggression against Ukraine

The work "Youth of Ukraine" (2022-2025) is an intimate insight into the everyday lives and emotions of young Ukrainians in times of war. Hope, fears and the longing for a bit of normality accompany the young generation every day. Work on the photographic series began shortly after the large-scale Russian full-scale invasion of Ukraine in February 2022 and has continued ever since. The images capture a generation shaped by war without reducing them to it.

The exhibition is curated by Steven Natusch. Organized by the Initiative for Social Critique and the SÖZ.

Duration: 19.10. to 02.11.2025 at the SÖZ Dortmund
