Braszta - Ska got Soul, got so much Soul...
Original, hand-knitted dance music from Hamburg, you simply have to go there. Ska for real heads and ska skeptics at the same time. Yes, that works. The multi-headed Braszta with the wonderful Britta and the charming Benn on vocals prove it with their unmistakable chaotically orchestrated stage presence. This is also helped by the band's own dirtiness, which they have been cultivating since 2008. They also have a bit of polka, a good dose of reggae and an immensely powerful brass section in their luggage... Come, marvel for a moment, dance for a long time.

The Skartists are seven young musicians from Hamburg who fall through the door with their offbeat, an organ and their brass section and take the whole house with them. Ska, rock and reggae are pressed through the trombone until the last shoe scrubs the floor.

Les Calcatoggios have been an integral part of the German capital's ska scene since 1998 and will be celebrating their 25th anniversary in 2023. This makes them one of the longest-serving Berlin ska combos. Founded on a vacation in Corsica in the small town of Calcatoggio, they have been playing on stages in Berlin and the surrounding area ever since. They now also tour other parts of Germany as well as Poland, France and Spain. They have already played several times at the ApoSkalypse Festival and the Skanta Klaus Festival in Berlin, at the This is Ska Festival in Dessau and the Spirit of the streets Festival near Magdeburg.
The band consists of eight people: Ela on drums, Roland on guitar, Sandra on lead vocals, Hajo on bass and Tor on piano. The brass section consists of Paula (tenor saxophone), Thomas (trumpet) and Benny (trombone).
Their music is lively and refreshing. They want to encourage everyone to dance and sing along. Catchy melodies, ingenious rhythm changes and the courage to do the unusual will get your dancing shoes smoking.
