A lecture evening with lots of pictures and even more inspiration, not just for families

It was the fulfillment of a lifelong dream: in the summer of 2024, Natalie and Andreas Dickmann from the district of Viersen crossed the Alps on foot with their eleven-year-old son Levin. Their five-year-old mixed-breed dog Panda was also along for the ride.

Hiking blogger and author Natalie Dickmann is now sharing her experiences with you - perhaps this will inspire you to cross the Alps yourself. It doesn't matter whether you are traveling with or without a child or dog.

In her richly illustrated talk, Natalie takes you on a journey: from Lake Tegernsee over the Blauberge mountains to Lake Achensee - and further up to the Kellerjoch, where the family managed to save themselves at the last minute from an approaching storm in a sheltering hut. Hike with them through the Zillertal valley, past grazing herds of cows and snow-covered peaks, and accompany them over the main Alpine ridge to South Tyrol.

If you feel like taking on the adventure of crossing the Alps yourself, Natalie Dickmann will give you lots of tried-and-tested tips and tricks to make your own adventure a success.
