It's a question that all cities and municipalities in Germany will face sooner or later: How can the way out of the climate crisis be organized democratically and fairly?

The film TOGETHER tells one such way: the city of Erlangen commissions a group of randomly selected citizens to find suitable measures to make Erlangen climate-neutral by 2030 - for energy production and insulation, but also for socially contested areas such as food and transport. An exciting experiment, headwinds and conflicts included, but also inspiring people who will not be deterred.

As if under a magnifying glass, TOGETHER provides important experiences and insights - for every municipality that wants to involve its citizens in political issues. For every city, every company, every federal state, every neighborhood that is looking for a way to become climate-neutral itself.
