TOGETHER.FREE AND EQUAL - the exhibition for human rights opens on 18.04.26 in Bremen.

Human rights often seem abstract - here they can be experienced.
TOGETHER. FREI UND GLEICH invites you to rediscover them in a playful and interactive way. With special air cushion elements, you can dive deeper into the topic of human rights, get into conversation with others and find out how you can make a difference yourself.

The opening will address questions such as:

• How can human rights protect us when they themselves need protection?
• How can we create spaces in which we canlive, reside, believe and learntogether freely and equally?
• How can we join forces - and stand up for human rights together?

We will talk about this with exciting guests, including:

• Maria Kalesnikava, Belarusian civil rights activist who was recently released from political imprisonment
• Marina Weisband, education ambassador
• Mary Dellenbaugh-Losse, urban researcher at urban.policy
• Anna von Notz, Council member of the Evangelical Church in Germany

The evening will be hosted by the wonderful Boussa Thiam. There will also be music by Masha Qrella and the Heart & Beat Choir, tours of the exhibition with the curators and drinks and snacks.

The exhibition of the EKD Human Rights Initiative will be on display in Bremen until May 27 and will then travel to churches, schools, town halls and other public places throughout Germany. More at freiundgleich.info/exhibition.
