Bürgerhaus Mahndorf

The Bürgerhaus Mahndorf is the district cultural center in the southeast of Bremen that serves the district of Mahndorf and the surrounding areas. We organize cultural and social events for the citizens of the district and work as multipliers with social institutions in Bremen. We also run a daycare center with 60 places in three preschool groups.

Our building, with over 1,200 square meters of usable space, a large ballroom, café, group rooms, creative workshop and large garden, is used all year round by around 45 groups and courses in the hobby and creative sector, self-help groups, discussion groups, health and exercise programs, music, literature, dance, etc., as well as by a children's and youth circus and for many cultural events. Educational children's holiday activities, neighborhood festivals and a wide range of cultural events promote community life in the district.
