New times, new evening menu
Our new menu and our new evening menu, as well as the wine list, are always available for you on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 18:00.
With AusterRegion, we have a new "old" partner who will have a significant influence on our menu. Oysters, seaweed, hand-dived scallops, crayfish, Norway lobster and mussels are on board. As well as wild hare and porcini mushrooms.
What is new is the size of the menu (it has become smaller;)) and that we will be putting all our energy into our two menus. Not only will you find the most exciting culinary delights there, we will also make it particularly difficult for you to avoid our "menu hands".
From now on we will be serving our amuse bouches before the menus again & now also our own sourdough bread!
The wine list has also been revamped and now has another strong partner in Vivolovin, which offers particularly exciting organic wines.
There are two menus, each with five courses, plus amuse bouches, bread and petit fours. One is vegetarian and one with animal products.
The small menu also has everything you need for a particularly enjoyable evening. Or so we think;)
