Since 1960, the Dreischeibenhaus, with its modernist elegance and 94-meter height, has dominated the Düsseldorf skyline. It is one of the great testimonies of post-war modernism and is regarded as an architectural symbol of the economic miracle. After several historical stages, it has now been refurbished in line with the requirements of monument preservation: Office floors can be found from the 3rd to the 21st floor, which have been modernized for flexible reletting. The PHOENIX - Restaurant & Bar was newly built on the first floor. Another highlight of the revitalization measure are the event rooms and roof terraces on the upper floors - rentable for a wide variety of occasions.
