The Künstler:innenhaus Bremen was founded in 1992 and sees itself as an institution for the production, presentation and promotion of contemporary art. Here you will find a gallery, seventeen studios, a wood and print workshop, studios for graphics, design, sound and film as well as a restaurant. The BBK professional association of visual artists and the GEDOK are also located directly in the building. The aim is to promote and discuss current, young art and to network Bremen artists with an international scene.

Admission is free of charge. Be inspired by the international program of contemporary art. You can also expect artist talks, lectures, performances, concerts and film screenings. The program is rounded off each year by events such as the Open Studios.
