WHO WE ARE

We are a non-profit organization that works on a non-commercial basis and is not a professional venue. We want to make culture and art accessible to everyone.

With the one-time membership card issued, every visitor becomes a passive member of the association with free access to the event space for the period of one calendar year. The active members are a group of volunteers who meet weekly in plenary sessions. All matters concerning the association are decided by consensus. The shared flat above the event space exists independently of Kultur im Bunker e.V. However, the rooms of the shared flat are often used for plenums and overnight stays by artists or for cooking and eating together before events.
