KULTUR IM TRAFO

KULTUR IM TRAFO is the cultural and community center for Neuhausen-Nymphenburg.

With a cabaret stage in the foyer, the large event hall, the bright seminar rooms on the upper floor and a band rehearsal room, the building offers associations, initiatives, artists, musicians and committed people in the district space for rehearsals, events, meetings and projects - on a regular or temporary basis.

The name KULTUR IM TRAFO was chosen by the supporting association "Verein für Stadtteilkultur Neuhausen-Nymphenburg e.V." itself. "Trafo" because there used to be a transformer station on this site.

KULTUR IM TRAFO is funded by the Cultural Department of the City of Munich.
