In the middle of Bremen on the "Werderinsel", the LichtLuftBad invites you to linger and enjoy. In the tradition of the pioneer of the health movement Vincenz Prießnitz, it has been used since 1901 as an urban meeting place in nature for culture, leisure and sport.

Uniquely organized in its association structure Prießnitz e.V., it is used by members and day visitors as a 2-hectare recreational area. In addition, with the "Strandbühne LiLuBa", it offers a venue for special cultural events on Bremen's most beautiful open-air stage and is home to the "outdoor children" of the Wald-KiTa. And yes - it's true - it is a place of nudism today, just as it was over 100 years ago!
