Concerts, readings, film evenings, lectures, panel discussions and workshops that attract people from all over the city and the surrounding area - the variety of events characterizes Lokomov's cultural programme. Within the association's network, Lokomov is a catalyst and meeting point for the organization of new projects and initiatives, which initiates cooperation with other actors on the Sonnenberg and in other parts of the city as well as the cultural revitalization of the neighbourhood.

Lokomov sees itself as a cultural space and open meeting place in the neighborhood. With social events such as the monthly cake platter (cake and vinyl), games afternoons, karaoke evenings and themed series of events or the open bar plenum, it enables socio-cultural exchange and forms a participatory program of events.
