The Orange Blossom Special Festival takes place every year in Beverungen, more precisely on an unusual site on Grüner Weg. Unlike large festivals, this is not a vast field or a typical festival area, but a garden behind an old villa, which gives the whole thing a very intimate and personal atmosphere.

The location is also directly on the Weser, which gives the festival a particularly idyllic, natural setting. Visitors camp in the immediate vicinity of the water, and overall everything is kept very compact and manageable. It is precisely this combination of rural tranquillity, limited visitor numbers and close contact between the audience and artists that makes the festival so appealing. As a result, the festival feels less like a classic large-scale event and more like a lovingly organized garden party with a musical focus, which has earned it its exceptional reputation among music fans.
