OPERA CAN BE COOL
We think so: Opera is great. That's why we perform it. But we do it a little differently than other opera houses. We take the wonderful works of Mozart, Verdi and Puccini, concentrate the stories to their core and present them in the here and now. You are always right in the middle of the action - either because the story touches you directly or because you are allowed to become part of our immersive event operas. In Tosca, for example, you sit in the trattoria where Tosca bakes pizza for you; or in La Traviata in Violetta's casino, where you can challenge your own luck at the gaming tables.
And then there's the special ambience. Because with us, you sit right by the Elbe with your drink at your seat.
And each opera only lasts 90 minutes - that's a promise!
