NUMI is a place of encounter. With yourself and with what is possible. Immerse yourself in a space that welcomes you as you are and find the connection to your body and soul.

We want to support you in calming down and recharging your batteries, creating inner resilience, self-empowerment and transformation. Through various movement and healing methods - from inspired yoga, barre, Pilates, breathing and meditation classes, to dance, creativity and sound - we invite you to experience something new in every session.

At NUMI, we also have a special offer that is specifically geared towards pregnant women, moms, babies, kids and teens.

Our beautiful, light-flooded studio is located in Ickstattstraße in the Glockenbach district. We also offer courses at the following locations: Geburtshaus Pasing, Hebammenpraxis Bauchgefühl, Somos - Zentrum für ganzheitliche Therapie in Sendling, Geburtshaus Westend. Please note this when booking your course.
