In the immediate vicinity of KfW Stiftung and its founder, KfW Bankengruppe, is the architectural monument from 1912, Villa 102. The building on Bockenheimer Landstraße in Frankfurt tells a turbulent story, for example about the upper middle-class Westend and Jewish life in the city, but also about expulsion and expropriation during National Socialism.

As a platform for culture and dialog, KfW Stiftung continues the tradition of the villa as an open, hospitable house and makes it accessible again to the citizens of Frankfurt and the Rhine-Main region.
