Reviving the spirit of Punk Cinema, Nobert Paffenbichler's final 2551-Entry cartographes a world in dark – like in the B-Film-Classic Mindwrap (1991) – there is a society growing underground, a fascist, repressive net of creatures. The protagonist, A monkey-man, tries to save a child. Behind masks there are more, behind every door the abyss; 2551.03 – The End is a true dystopia, Landscape made with blood and sweat – paranoia. Acaricature of power. Hallways feel like Kafka wrote them, effects all hand crafted. Against totalitarianism, there is anarchist no-budget cinema!

Die Wiederbelebung des Punk-Kinos: Nobert Paffenbichlers letzter 2551-Beitrag kartiert eine Welt in Finsternis – wie im B-Film-Klassiker Mindwarp (1991) wächst eine Gesellschaft im Untergrund heran, ein faschistisches, repressives Netz von Kreaturen. Der Protagonist, ein Affen-Man, versucht ein Kind zu retten. Hinter jeder Maske lauert eine weitere, hinter jeder Tür der Abgrund. 2551.03 – The End ist die Essenz von Dystopie, eine mit Blut und Schweiß geschaffene Landschaft – Paranoia. Eine Karikatur der Macht. Die Flure wirken, als hätte Kafka sie geschrieben, die Effekte sind handgemacht. Gegen den Totalitarismus steht das anarchistische No-Budget-Kino!
