Authentic Connection & Ecstatic Dance

💫 Join us for an afternoon centered around movement, connection and being present together!💫

We start with a guided workshop on Authentic Connection & Embodiment with Karen. Through simple exercises and shared moments, we explore how we relate to ourselves and others when we slow down and bring attention to the body. The focus is not on doing things "right", but on noticing, sensing and allowing whatever is there to be part of the experience.

After a short break, we move into Ecstatic Dance with Astralinth. The music opens a space to keep exploring through movement, at your own pace and in your own way. You can stay with yourself, connect with others or simply enjoy being in motion. 💫

Togehter, the workshop and the dance create a gentle transition from connection into free expression.
