BRDN // Indie - Electronica - Darkpop

In their blend of alt pop and electronica, artist-producer BRDN (pronounced burden), combines powerful synth-structures and dreamy guitars with soft vocal sequences and driving beats. Superimposed vocals in different vocal colours lay over the music like a broken yet mesmerising veil. Woven soundscapes take the listener to the dark side of introspection: self-doubt and the golden hunt for a purpose melt into musical fever dreams with room for interpretation. 

Live-performances, usually presented as a duo, are intimate, “fragile & genuine” and open a direct window into the artist’s inner workings and showcase the artist’s ability to effortlessly jump between genre and tone without losing the core quality of this eclectic project. 

schneid // Cinematic Pop - Alternative - Electronica

Mit einer Symbiose aus sphärischem Cinematic Pop, Electronica & Alternative wagt der Kölner Künstler schneid eine melancholisch-träumerische Soundästhetik, die an Künstler wie Trentemøller, Bob Moses, Olafur Arnalds, Ry X oder Radiohead erinnert.

Mit seiner Musik erprobt schneid musikalische Grenzfelder und verschmilzt diese zu einem intimen Soundtrack, der die eigene künstlerische Reise und Experimentierfreude widerspiegelt.

Diese Experimentierfreude zeigt sich auch in der Auswahl seiner Kollaborateur*Innen, die sich von Künstler*Innen wie Claudia Schlutius von der Post Punk-Band „Lawn Chair“, der RnB Künstlerin Karla Lee, der Cellistin Maria del Mar Ribas und weiteren Gastmusiker*Innen erstreckt.
